We are so very impressed and pleased with the sincerity, professionalism, friendly services we received at Doral's Auto Repair. We took a used Toyota Rave4 in for a prepurchase inspection whereby we learned the actual horrid condition of the vehicle! As result of which we realized the vehicle was unsafe and was an accident just waiting to happen! To bring the vehicle into a safe and reliable condition it would cost $8,000.00! Sadly the used car dealership will continue to try and sell this vehicle to another innocent unsuspecting buyer... I had a really good experience here. I’ve never had a front-desk staff person (Ivan) who was so knowledgeable and friendly! I knew I had a number of issues with my car, some more critical than others, and I was able to understand more clearly the issues and what to prioritize for my financial situation. The mechanic (thank you to him) did a great job and I appreciated talking to the owner. Very knowledgeable and professional, clear explanations, and good attitudes from all. The shop is also clean and well-kept and the waiting area comfortable and people friendly. I will definitely use as my go-to for car maintenance and repairs.

We had a warranty claim for the A/C on one of our Fleet trucks. Ivan was a bit snippy and argumentative so I requested to speak with John. We have dealt with him on all our previous repairs.
