Wow! how refreshing to work with a company that still understands what customer service is and how to deliver! Love the online reports they send once they have inspected your vehicle. Not only for what you brought it in for, but what they found on other parts of the vehicle that may need addressing. Sure, I understand the marketing efforts behind this approach, absolutely agree with it, but what makes it an actual welcomed thing is they do not doing any type of hard sell on those other items they found.
