Very disappointing experience with Doral’s. I originally brought my SUV in for an AC refrigerant leak and paid about $700 for a temporary repair. I understood at the time that this was only a short-term fix. When the problem returned this spring, I went back and paid approximately $1,950 for what I was told would be a full repair. During that process, I was sent a repair proposal by text showing a total close to $7,500. It included an oil-leak repair and other work I had not brought the vehicle in for. When I questioned the amount, I was told those additional items were only recommendations. I declined them and authorized only the AC work. Less than three months later, the SUV started making the same hissing noise associated with the original AC leak. I contacted Doral’s and brought the vehicle back, expecting the issue to be covered under their advertised 3-year/36,000-mile warranty. When I dropped it off, I was told there would be no charge because it was the same issue, and I signed the computer pad based on that understanding. After very little communication, I had to call for an update and was then told the repair would cost another $2,700. When I questioned this and said I would not authorize another expensive repair for what appeared to be the same problem, the salesperson denied telling me there would be no charge and said, “Don’t put words in my mouth.” The communication throughout the process was also frustrating. I was repeatedly talked over and felt that my questions about the charges and repair were treated as an argument instead of a legitimate concern. I understood the original $700 service was only temporary. What I did not expect was to pay approximately $1,950 for the full AC repair and then have the same problem return less than three months later, followed by another $2,700 quote. Based on that experience, I no longer have confidence in Doral’s and would not bring another vehicle there.

Doral's always provides extra services if needed. My car key's battery had died. They replaced the battery for free! They take care of you! They also have a high degree of expertise. My old car performed much better after they finished with it.
I think the team at dorals very polite and professional. But when it comes to pricing, they need some help major help. I would say I'm very unsatisfied with the prices.
