I brought my car to get door locks fixed. Rafael was very professional and knowledgeable. The needed parts came in late that afternoon, which would have them keep the car overnight. I had an early interview the next morning and had to walk to the shop to retrieve my car. I didn't relish doing it early in the morning. Rafael worked hard to get me my car that night which was tremendously appreciated. I have dealt with Rafael twice before and even though I didn't get any work done, he took the time to explain things to me and I felt very positive after speaking with him that he would give me a true and fair evaluation about my car's troubles. Since my car is older, this is very important to me. The willingness to consider my situation was greatly appreciated. I will definitely bring my car back here to get worked on and plus tell all my friends about the excellent service I received here.

Had a 9am appointment to get my front and rear brakes done. I was told it would take the whole day so I brought my work laptop and was prepared for hours of hangin'. Before I knew it, the car was ready. 2 hours and I was out of there by 11:15am. Professional service with a sweet atmosphere!
