Best service ever as usual. Personal, professional, complete and they treat you like a friend or family.

The service was most cordial and complete. The young man took the time to explain service to be done and explained what was done when completed. The whole atmosphere was inviting - appreciated the "old gas pumps", clean reception room and comfortable chairs! i would certainly recommend this auto repair shop.

Very pleased with the service received. I was not able to keep original appointment due to Bart not running. :( Raphael was very accommodating and flexible so we could get the truck in and out same day even though I was late getting it there! Truck runs great now. You folks are so nice - Raphael, Roy, Joanne, and Roxanna. Thank you so much for a great experience!

Both times I came in to get new headlight bulbs. Without any issue at all, they both were replaced and are working great! Great service!!!! I will for sure be coming back again!

Excellent services. My car was in the shop for a few days, so I needed a rental car. They went out of their way to drive me to Oakland airport so I could get my rental car. That was such a nice service.

Went on Yelp to see if I can find a good auto repair shop for the company's vehicle. Most of the repair shops that I seen was getting low reviews. I came across Doral's Auto Repair and I seen nothing but good reviews. I also seen that is was very close to the business so I decided to go with them. I am glad that I made that decision. They took a look at the truck and they told me what could be wrong with it. They told me just to change the two front tires and everything would be just fine if not to bring it back to them and they will go from there. Needless to say that I got the two front tires changed and everything is fine now. They where very helpful and friendly and I diffidently will be going back.

I never met the people there. I needed a used car to be fully inspected before I would buy it. I contacted them and the gentleman who answered...forgive me , forgot his name, was very nice, able to get the car in for an inspection right away, and what an inspection! About everything was checked out, and I was convinced that the Honda CRV was a very nice deal. I highly recommend Doral's for this service, and they are very honest and know what they are doing.

I only take my vehicle's to Doral's The service and the people are awesome !! Roy & Raphael are the BEST :)
