Yet another great customer service experience. Brought my vehicle in for a smog and also had the oil changed. Was going to leave it for the day as usual, but then found out I had to travel to a meeting later in the afternoon. Called Raphael to give him the bum's rush and asked for it back by 1pm. I knew it would take some doing. Got a call at 12:11pm saying it was good to go. They offered me rides to and from my work, too. They are just simply the best.

This was my first time at Doral's. After reading all their great reviews on Yelp, I decided to give them a shot. I was not disappointed. They were nice, professional, quick, and didn't try to overcharge me for a basic problem. I will definitely be back the next time my car needs service.
