As a loyal longtime customer since the first time they worked on one of my vehicles, when my 2001 Suburban was acting up a bit in and seemed to have an electrical problem, I brought it in. They checked it out in every way they could finding only a slightly undercharged battery which they then charged. One of the fold down seats was also sticking and they checked and fixed that as well. The service and attention to detail, care and concern that they provide and put into everything they do guarantees that they have my business for forever.

Always pleased with Dorals service. I called at 8:30 am hoping I could get same day oil change and Ralphial as always is so accomadating and gave me an 11 am appt. I was so thankful since I was going to be in Oakland that day. They put the white paper on my cars floor mats and did a great oil change and service. I don't mind coming from Livermore to Oakland as I have for years. I gave them the highest points and constantly recommend and brag about them.
